What if gratitude could potentially be the cure to our anxiety, fear and overthinking?

Many of us associate gratitude with the act of giving thanks but gratitude is an entire way of being and of engaging with the world. And it begins with practicing being present in the here and now.

Through our three-week journey together we will be using mindful breathing and meditation as tools to help us integrate gratitude into our day to day lives whilst grounding in the here and now. We will also be journaling to reflect and realize where we are lacking gratitude and where we can incorporate it into our lives. 

What our journey includes?
